MY NINE DAYS OF FIELD STUDY 1 OBSERVATION

 On my 9th day of observation, I can observe their teaching-learning preparation. for me, what I observed is that Ma'am Karen is really a good teacher, she can handle her students even if they are weak in the brain or difficult to teach or whatever, but when Ma'am Karen is the one to teach, she really won't have any difficulties because she knows how to understand her student and I can say that her learning outcomes are aligned with learning competence because when she does some tests on her students, her students get high scores so I can really say that Ma'am Karen is really good at teaching so if her students are really good, it's easy to Ma'am Karen. and as for me, I can see in Ma'am Karen's students that it is really easy to understand because of her teaching skills. 

even with just one of Ma'am Karen's teachings, her students already understand and don't need to repeat it, but their students are really hard to understand, no matter how well you teach and you have taught it over and over again, they really don't understand and need someone to copy like examples.
