MY JOURNEY DURING MY TEACHING INTERNSHIP

on my fifteenth of my fs2 came the last day of my fs2 when I entered I was thinking that I will really miss the stude nts that I teach I will miss their noises mischievousness and so on while I'm sitting in the back In their classroom, a student came to me and asked when we would finish FS2, so I answered. this is the last day of our fs2 and I was shocked that he suddenly hugged me and called his classmates saying that it was my last day in my fs2 because their class was about to end suddenly everyone got up and come to me and they said sir don't finish your fs2 now but I answered them that I still have a lot to do so I have to finish it now. and when I was about to leave, a student shouted and said, sir, let's take a picture first because we will miss you and I said yes sure so we took a picture and then I said goodbye to them and when I was far away from them I turned and I saw a student crying and waving at me while shouting bye sir we will miss you and I smiled at him a...

So in my fourteenth observations, I  observe the teacher as a person and as a professional, so what I see in my cooperating teacher. I have noticed that she is a good teacher since I studied at Magnaga National High School, I have known her and what she was kind to us then, her kindness to her students is still the same today, I can really see it in she deserves to be a second mother by teaching their lesson not only their lesson but also the characteristics of her students and I can really see in her how she handles her students. and I also see in her that she is really a real teacher and not just a teacher but a professional teacher, she can change the behavior of her students, she can accompany the flow of their student's life and above all, she can teach the hardest that is the way her students are if it is necessary so what I can say to her is that she is a true teacher she is a true hero to their students.

  On my thirteenth day of my FS2, I observe their assessment f  learning. The first thing I observe is whether their tasks are aligned with their learning outcomes, so I see that each of their tasks is aligned with their learning outcomes as they do activities and so on. second, I also observe their traditional assessment tools, I see that they use true or false, identifications and other traditional assessment tools. and thirdly, I observe if they use non-traditional  assessment tools, they also use self-assessment evaluation such as spelling, message relay, and so on.  and the fourth one that I observed was their portfolio so I didn't see anything, maybe I just didn't notice if they had a portfolio an I determined the level from the teacher's questions and I could see that it was appropriate for his class and I could see he his students who are level with them the teacher's questions and I also looked at their table of specifications it is fine and aligned and then...

  On the twelfth day of my FS2, I observed the students here, what are their strengths and  weaknesses in the class, other students here have weaknesses in analysis, and a lack of confidence and motivation so they cannot participate because of their lack of these but others who are high the self-view and have their own confidence, are the strong students in their school room and always answer their teacher's questions, but from what I see from my fellow teacher, his students who are weak in participation are always prioritized and taught properly and after his students learn from his discussion, he makes some questions that are adapted to their discussion and so on so that his students can really learn it thoroughly.

  On the eleventh day of my observation what I observe is their teaching resources, I see that they often use things using technology what they use every day is a book or module they use because this is what they are used to, and even if they use technology when they only have topics that can relate to their students using movies and so on. And when I go to a room where their teaching equipment is placed such as using technology such as computers I see that the alignment is good and the sequence is good and the spacing  is good and the students will not have difficulty when they used it because the area was spacious. And from what I observed in their technology integration in the classroom, it's good but they don't use it even three times a week because they only use the blackboard and other things they're used to. And they don't even allow students to experience advanced technologies including robotics, IoT, digitalization, automatization, and teleconferencing to name ...

On my tenth day of observation, I can observe their instructional cycle and I can see from the students that it is not difficult to teach them because they can learn easily and also because Ma'am Karen teaches their students well. After all, she uses strategies and techniques and she also chose things that their students could easily understand  and if it is based on determining the result based on teaching and learning, Ma'am Karen is really reliable if she teaches, because from what I see after her discussion, she will have an activity and I can see from her students that they can learn easily and even if not all of them easy to understand but I see only a few weak ones in 5% out of 100. and 95% of them are students who learn easily.  and I also see from Ma'am Karen's questions to her students that it's really easy and the student won't have any difficulty because before she makes questions she repeats the examples that she gave to her students.  and I see in ...

  On my 9th day of FS2, for me, what I observed is that Ma'am Karen is really a good teacher, she can handle her students even if they are weak in the brain or difficult to teach or whatever, but when Ma'am Karen is the one to teach, she really won't have any difficulties because she knows how to understand her student and I can say that her learning outcomes are aligned with learning competence because when she does some tests on her students, her students get high scores so I can really say that Ma'am Karen is really good at teaching so if her students are really good, it's easy to Ma'am Karen. and as for me, I can see in Ma'am Karen's students that it is really easy to understand because of her teaching skills.  even with just one of Ma'am Karen's teachings, her students already understand and don't need to repeat it, but their students are really hard to understand, no matter how well you teach and you have taught it over and over again, ...

On my eighth day in my fs2, I asked the students where the rest of them live and I realized their answers. there are students here that I asked where they are from and even though the other students here are far away they still have to cross mountains and rivers as I experienced before and until now but they really show their strength to study. and from what I can see in their lesson plan, it is fine I can also see from my cooperating teacher that she is good at teaching and he can really use their rules such as hand signing and so on. and when she is going to teach, he is really eye to eye with his students. and for me, there are things I really learned from my observation such as how to handle the students, how to inspire them, how to stop them from making noise, and how to get the attention of the students

the seventh day of my field study 2. I woke up early in the morning So when I'm going to school I can see the student he walks the street to go to school so I pick up him and he goes with me to school. After recess time, ma'am Karen left her students with me because she had a class in another classroom, I started worrying again it was just because in my fs1 they are students who fight their classmates. so that, I'm worried maybe what happened when I was fs1 will happen again and until the end of the time it was good and no one was fighting. And we're saying goodbye to Ma'am Karen that we're going home and when I go out the gate I'm in trouble again because they want to go with me to go out and it's a good thing they listened to me that I'm not allowed to go out with students so I go out alone.

 and on my sixth day in fs 2, I helped our ct who was giving exams to his students and I also watched over the students who were a bit reprimanded because they were making codes while the students were still taking the exam I am doing th e tasks in fs 2 books

on the fifth day, I was just observing them because one of my companions was teaching the students while I was watching my companion teaching the children I was making take notes for my journal and I was the one who was being ordered to check the attendance sometimes when I do the attendance there are surnames that I change when calling because I see some sad students and not in themselves that's why when I change a different surname they suddenly get happy and laugh but I make them understand why I changed their last name to make them happy and for their focus to return to their class

  and in the fourth time, I made quizzes for the students that I finished teaching and I was the one who checked and recorded their scores even though I am not very knowledgeable, I also teach my ct what the things are which should be done, I'm happy with what I did because I also see in the students their perseverance and I'm happy because even though I know this is not the time for me to teach but I can do it Enter John Sale

  and on the third day of my fs2, then I taught in the other classroom attended by my ct, I didn't have a hard time because they were late for their topic in the other classroom, so I taught. I also taught them in the other classroom and like other classrooms, they like me because I know how to teach and even laugh when there is a funny topic like things that are happening in class

  and on my second day in my fs2, I was shocked because when I entered the classroom, Ma'am Karen suddenly called me and told me that since my fs2, I was supposed to be the one to teach her students, so I suddenly turned pale but no I refused his request because our program head said that if we were ordered to teach the students, we should accept it, that's why I didn't hesitate to go to the front of the classroom and I started talking about their lesson, yes, I was nervous at the beginning but I also finished it and I did it well and the students understood what I taught them

  my first day in fs2 I was happy to see again the students I observed during my fs1 and I didn't really know that there were children who missed me that's why when I entered their classroom suddenly the students I observed hugged me and they said to me why I didn't go to their school for a long time so I dismissed them why and someone also asked me when my fs2 will end again so I told them, as usual, our fs2 is only 15 days
